1.7. The term "Partner Page" refers to the web pages or websites of a partner, which are part of the Mellow Dating Infrastructure. These pages may operate independently or in conjunction with NORDETO LTD, and they utilize the database with information about users.
1.8. The term "Virtual pofile" refers to those profiles which do not represent actual people seeking relationships.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 The most recent revision of this agreement was conducted on April 30, 2024.
2.2 The website of the Company, accessible via the domain name www.mellow.dating, is managed and maintained by the Company itself. By utilizing the services of this website, users are deemed to have consented to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. It is recommended that users periodically review these Terms of Use. Should you disagree with the aforementioned terms and conditions, we request that you refrain from utilizing the aforementioned website.
2.3. It is within the Company’s right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will become effective and will apply to your subscription upon our posting it on the website. 3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY

By registering with the Website, users grant NORDETO LTD the right to use their user content as necessary in connection with the provision of the Services, including:
- making your profile visible to the users on the Partner Pages (which will substantially increase the reach of your profile and the chances of finding a successful match);
- publishing your profile except for personal contact information (such as telephone number and email address) on Partner Pages as part of their promotion of the Site;
- making your profile visible to other Users within dating service specific emails (e.g. new local users notification, and so on).
You agree to receive messages from the end users of the Mellow Dating for the purpose of acquaintance and interpersonal messaging.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY CURRENTLY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THE USERS. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUNDS OF ALL OF THE USERS OR ATTEMPT TO VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF THE USERS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF THE USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENINGS (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY SEARCHES) AT ANY TIME AND USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS OF THIS SERVICE OR PERSONS YOU MEET THROUGH THIS SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS IN ALL INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICE, PARTICULARLY IF YOU DECIDE TO MEET OFFLINE OR IN PERSON. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING YOUR ULTIMATE COMPATIBILITY WITH INDIVIDUALS YOU MEET THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOU SHOULD NOT PROVIDE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION) TO OTHER USERS.
4.6. Should the user in question elect to be removed from the website, user may delete your account and all information contained therein, including ID and URL to the profile page. In such an instance, the photographs, first name, last name, nickname, age and birthdate, and any other information, including personal contact information, will be deleted from the Website and the Mellow Dating Infrastructure, and effectively blocked on the Partner Pages.
4.7. The Service may contain links to other Internet sites and resources, which are collectively referred to as "external links." It is acknowledged that the provider of the service is not responsible for the availability of external links or their contents, and that no liability is assumed as a result.
It is understood that by utilizing any of the external links, users may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable. This content may or may not be identified as having explicit language, and that the results of any search or entering of a particular URL may automatically and unintentionally generate links or references to objectionable material.
It is acknowledged that the use of External Links is at the user's own risk and that the Company shall not be held liable for any content that may be deemed offensive, indecent or objectionable. It is the user's sole responsibility to prevent children and other individuals from accessing any inappropriate content that may be included in or available through any external links.

5. PAID MEMBERSHIPS, MELLOWPOINTS AND PAID FEATURES
5.1. Mellow.dating offers you the opportunity to pay for certain services offered on the site. Mellow.dating services include various opportunities to find and meet additional people, to customize your profile and to boost your profile so more people find you.
5.2. Mellow.dating also offers the ability to play various games on the site. All of services can be purchased after registration, and user may subscribe to the services for various lengths of time.
5.3 Once you have paid for any services, you have the right to cancel and be reimbursed for all payments received within 14 days. If you wish to cancel please let us know using Contact details.
5.4. Acquisition of MellowPoints (MP)
- Users may purchase MellowPoints (MP) using EUR, USD, or GBP. The exchange rate for acquiring MP tokens will be determined at the time of purchase and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Mellow.dating.
5.5. Storage and Use of MP Tokens
- ML tokens purchased by the user will be stored in the user's account on the Mellow.dating. These tokens can only be used within the Mellow.dating for acquiring paid membership and services.
5.6. Service Pricing and MP Token Usage
- All prices for services and memberships on the Mellow.dating are displayed in ML tokens. The number of ML tokens required for each service or membership is subject to change – pricing may vary due to a number of factors, such as (but not limited to) promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and other discounts, at any time without prior notice.
5.7. MP Token Value and Pricing
- The value of MP tokens relative to EUR, USD, or GBP may fluctuate. Mellow.dating reserves the right to change the exchange rate at any time without notice. This may affect the number of MP tokens required for future purchases of services or memberships.
5.8. Non-Transferability of MP Tokens
- MP tokens are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased them. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to other users or platforms.
5.9. Expiration and Refunds
- MP tokens do not have an expiration date, but refunds for unused MP tokens are not permitted.
5.10. Termination of Account
- In the event of account termination, whether by the user or by Mellow.dating due to violation of terms, all remaining MP tokens in the account will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund or transfer.
5.11. Upon registration, users become members of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Members"). Each Member may only have one account with the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Membership"). Multiple accounts will be blocked. Upon registration, Members will have access to the Free Membership account by default including the following services:

5.12. A subscription fee shall be paid to the company for the privilege of accessing the website www.mellow.dating on a monthly basis in accordance with the pricing plan outlined below:

5.13. By purchasing the 30 (thirty), 60 (sixty), 90 (ninety) of corresponding Membership, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card or deduct funds from your account at the time of purchase. Please note that as your Membership will not automatically renewed at the beginning of any subsequent Membership period, paid Membership will be terminated and the default Free Membership will be implied.
5.14. It should be noted that both the Membership fees and the Services fees are subject to change upon prior notice from the company.
5.15. Mellow Dating may provide other services compatible with all types of membership specified below. These services may be purchased using the direct payment option or via deducting funds from the account.

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any of the Services, without notice, for any reason or no reason. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to remove any account information or data from its Services and any other records at any time, at its sole discretion. Should the user wish to terminate their account, they may do so by following the steps outlined below. Firstly, the user must log in to their profile account on the website. Secondly, they must navigate to the Settings page and click on the link labelled 'Delete profile permanently'.
